The HOYA Clinic opened on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019, at The Triumph, a Community of Hope temporary housing facility in Congress Heights in Southeast Washington. The HOYA Clinic is seeing clients staying at The Triumph on Tuesday evenings.
